In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "588won", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the 588won online gaming platform operated under an international gaming licence and accessible at 588won.net.
• "You" or "the Player" refers to any individual who registers an account on, accesses, or uses any service offered by 588won.

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one active account on the 588won platform. Registering or operating more than one account — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other details required during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify 588won promptly if any registered details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. 588won will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 588won support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

• Account credentials must not be shared with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your 588won account.
• You must not access or attempt to access another player's account.
• 588won reserves the right to verify account ownership at any stage by requesting identification documents or other proof.

588won supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20). All account balances are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless a USDT-specific balance is maintained under a separate wallet function.

Deposits are credited to your account upon confirmation from the relevant payment processor. 588won is not responsible for delays caused by the payment processor, third-party networks, or banking systems outside 588won's control.

Withdrawal Conditions:

• Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Players must submit a valid government-issued identity document (CNIC or equivalent) and, where requested, proof of payment method ownership.
• You may only withdraw to a payment method from which you have previously made a deposit on your 588won account.
• Any active bonus funds with outstanding wagering requirements must be completed or forfeited before a withdrawal can be processed.
• 588won processes withdrawal requests within the timeframe specified on the platform's cashier page, subject to verification requirements.
• 588won reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for any withdrawal amount above thresholds determined by its compliance team.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts or payment methods not in the Player's own name.

588won offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, referral rewards, and VIP programme incentives. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the relevant promotion as published at the time of the offer, in addition to these general Terms.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the promotion's specified trigger conditions — for example, a minimum qualifying deposit amount.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. No bonus funds may be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless otherwise stated. Stakes placed on games excluded from a specific promotion do not contribute to wagering requirements.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time per account unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses expire within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are automatically forfeited.
• 588won reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to an account, existing wagering requirements remain applicable.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using third-party funds, or placing offsetting bets — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonuses and may result in account closure.

All casino games offered on 588won utilise independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG) for non-live games. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game elements under camera supervision. 588won does not manipulate game outcomes.

Sports betting odds are determined by 588won's trading team and are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed by the platform, the odds at which the bet was struck are binding regardless of subsequent market movement.

• Minimum and maximum bet amounts are displayed within each game or betting market and may vary by game type, market, or player account status.
• In the event of a disputed result in a live sporting event, 588won will settle bets in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body.
• In the event of technical interruption during a casino game session, 588won's server logs constitute the definitive record of game outcomes and bets placed. Decisions made on the basis of these records are final.
• Bets placed on cancelled events are void and stakes returned to the player's account.
• It is the player's responsibility to ensure they understand the rules of any game or betting market before participating.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 588won platform. 588won reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account found to be engaged in any of the following:

• Registering more than one account, or facilitating a third party in registering a duplicate account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the 588won platform in a manner inconsistent with normal individual human play.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage over the platform.
• Engaging in coordinated betting with other players to exploit promotions or generate guaranteed profits at the platform's expense (arbitrage, matched betting, syndicate play).
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access, modify, or interfere with the 588won platform's systems, databases, or source code.
• Engaging in any conduct that 588won determines, in its sole discretion, constitutes harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour towards platform staff or other users.
• Allowing a minor (under 21) to access your account or use your payment details to gamble on the platform.

All content, software, game assets, branding, trademarks, user interface elements, written content, and proprietary technology on the 588won platform are the exclusive intellectual property of 588won or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership or licence to use any 588won intellectual property beyond the limited right to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, sell, or create derivative works from any content found on the 588won platform without prior written authorisation from 588won. Unauthorised use of 588won's intellectual property constitutes an infringement of applicable intellectual property law and will be actioned accordingly.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 588won and its officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage.

588won's aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to your 588won account in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• 588won does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform.
• 588won is not responsible for losses arising from internet outages, network interruptions, or device failures outside 588won's control.
• 588won is not responsible for any tax obligations you may incur as a result of winnings or any financial transactions on the platform. Tax compliance is your sole responsibility.

588won reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable period when requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the player or notification from a recognised third-party responsible gaming body.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a licensing authority or law enforcement body.
• Extended account inactivity as defined in 588won's dormant account policy.

Where an account is closed due to the player's breach of these Terms, 588won reserves the right to withhold bonus winnings and to review all historical deposits and withdrawals for compliance purposes. Genuine deposits made by the player in good faith will be returned less any bonus funds or winnings derived from prohibited conduct.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact 588won's support team to attempt resolution through 588won's internal complaints procedure. 588won commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 14 calendar days.

• Disputes regarding individual bet settlements must be raised within 30 days of the relevant settlement date.
• Disputes regarding financial transactions must be raised within 60 days of the relevant transaction date.
• Claims submitted outside these timeframes may be rejected at 588won's discretion.

588won reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time.
